I think if your looking to main that weapon I'd go for something like 50/20/25/50/6/7. For the HMS I'd recommend a build that is higher leveled. I'd probably go up to 150 even and have 50 strength, 25 skill, and 50 arcane. That allows you to use it in both forms and makes decent use of the damaging arcane tools.
