At one time I thought Kimber was the top of the food chain, I really did have pride of ownership with them!Picked up a new Kimber 1911 Custom II in 10mm. Here are my first shots from the new pistol.I bought a Kimber Custom recently. It's a full length 9mm. I've put roughly 50 to 100 rounds of Winchester white box through it and I've experienced multiple failures to extract the spent casing. The malfunctions require the removal of the magazine to be cleared as the gun attempts to feed the next round in behind the unextracted casing.fredfellini. I have 3 Kimber 10mms. A Custom Eclipse II, a Custom TLE II and a Camp Guard 10. The Eclipse and the TLE were bought new and have run 100%. The Camp Guard I bought used but it looked like it was hardly fired. The salesman told me the guy traded it in on another Kimber. I kinda thought it might have issues and it did.
