Not really. This rifle was made during a transition period from Weimar eagles to Nazi eagles. Very early K98k's used all Weimar eagles, then they went to a mix of the two. Very soon after your rifle was produced, they strictly used Nazi eagles for their inspection markings and firing proofs.Rifles that are most valuable are early rifles that are in original condition (not reworked) and that have the right unit markings.
