So I went to insert a new sensor this morning (I usually do it in the evening but the sensor two sensors ago had failed, so my schedule got thrown off) and when I inserted it, it started bleeding like crazy. I've had that happen when removing my insulin pump infusion set, if I hit a capillary or something, but not with the cgm. Don't wear or use any Dexcom G6 components (sensor, transmitter, receiver, and/or smart device) for magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), computed tomography (CT) scan, or high-frequency electrical heat (diathermy) treatments. Dexcom G6 hasn't been tested in those situations.
