Had a 10 kill streak early on. lost it at some point and was bummed. Realized soon after while trying to rebuild that the perks didn't actually work and it was actually kinda freeing. I find doing missions/contracts pretty boring.

Its my opinion that they are turned off and there's going to be some other streak rewards added later. I personally just think the perks will just make teams too strong and make it so anyone without a streak active at a steep disadvantage.
