I have a very similar issue. When I reboot my cable modem or my ISP software reboots my cable modem, my two wired Ring devices (Doorbell & Wired camera) won’t reconnect to wifi - I have to “cycle power” on those devices to get them to reconnect. However, my two battery operated “stick up cams” reconnect without any problem.
