Out my 5 people in my family, living in different households in Ontario, 3 of us have uber one and 2 do not. Some or us order 2-3 a week, some of us order 2-3 a month. And we all get the 40% off promo at varying rates and times. At first I thought, the less I order the more likely I will get a promo.
