The only optional pistons are the .030 oversize, which don't add many cubic inches. Even with doing these, you may not be happy with the outcome.

Pull the small primer hose off the hose barb on the top of the top carb. Turn the key to on, and push in on the key. If fuel pulses out of the end of the hose, the solenoid is working.Evinrude 88 SPL. This strong running, 90HP, freshwater motor is still on the boat and can be seen running. Boat was purchased for fishing at the Quabbin Reservoir which means a 25HP limit, so this can't be used. Motor starts quickly and runs good.
