An adjustment pressure selector in the base lets you closely match the pressure of your system (30 or 40 pounds). The bottom fits onto a 1/2" threaded pipe fitting. The spray angle adjustment is easy to do, and this was the same price as a fixed spray angle. The sprinkler doesn't do any popping since it is fixed.
