The door will unlock manually by pushing down or pulling up on the door lock post, it can be locked/unlocked using a key, and it can be unlocked/locked from the drivers side lock switch or drivers side key.The service guy at the dealership applied a lot of lubrication; after a few weeks it sounds better but not convinced that it slides as well as the other side.
