Hilltop is between Westpoint and Muldraugh in that weird long thin stretch of farming land that looks like a road itself, where highway and farming stretch cross. Start from either town/City and drive to the other. About halfway between them on the highway you will encounter a long stretch of land that looks tilled, farmed or whatever.
