These mods are ideally used on companions and are a part of the companion rework incorporated by the new update.I've done some testing of bond mods I was interested in, and it appears the Tenacious Bond mod does not apply the buff in operator mode. However, it appears "on kill" effects work from operator kills (killing an Eximus unit as the Operator seems to grant Momentous Bond's buff).
